Common Questions
Questions.
Clear answers.
The process for selecting VPS options needs to maintain simplicity in its design. The following section provides straightforward information about performance standards and pricing details and operational policies which will help you start your business successfully.
Is there overselling?
No. The system operates at secure node density levels which enable dependable performance for all VPS instances. The amount of resources you assign determines what resources you will be able to utilize.
Do prices change after renewal?
No surprise renewals. The subscription fee stays the same until you choose to move up to a higher plan or pick a different subscription plan.
How does scaling work?
You can perform RAM or CPU upgrades through your plan line at any point in time. The system needs a brief restart for most updates which will activate all changes right away.
What’s the difference between Standard and Dedicated CPU?
Standard plans are ideal for most web apps and SaaS workloads. Your VPS receives dedicated CPU resources through core reservation which suits applications that require steady performance during high usage periods.
Where are the datacenters located?
We operate from Amsterdam and New York. The two sites were selected because they offer excellent network connectivity together with dependable network infrastructure.
Is Windows Server available?
No. Windows is currently not available.
What about email sending?
The security tool blocks any email from going out of the network. This helps keep the network safe from outside threats.
You can ask for approval to send emails. We will turn this on after we check things for two minutes. Good people should not suffer just because some people choose to do bad things.
What payment methods are supported?
The payment system accepts all major credit cards and features particular online payment options. Billing is monthly unless otherwise specified.
