Benchmarks and spec sheets only go so far. What a server is like to live with for six months is something only the people running one can describe. If you have a VPS with us, good or bad, write it down where we cannot touch it.

How a real ticket went
Response time, whether it was solved, and whether you had to repeat yourself.
MIGRATION
What moving in was like
Where it was smooth and where it was not.

Do I need an account to leave a review?

You need a Trustpilot account, which is free and takes a moment to create. You do not need anything from us: no code, no invitation, no ticket number.

Can BuyVPS delete a review it does not like?

No. Trustpilot is an independent platform. A business can publicly reply to a review and can report one that breaks the platform rules, but it cannot edit or remove what you wrote.

I am not a customer yet. Can I still leave a review?

Trustpilot asks for reviews based on genuine experience with the company. If you have not used the service, wait until you have something real to describe.

Something is broken. Should I write a review or contact support?

Contact support at support@buyvps.com if you want it fixed, because a review does not open a ticket. The review link on this page stays available whatever you decide.
